Shipping & Returns

Transporting your package

All purchases made are sent from Spain through a transport company.

Shipments are made 1-2 working days after payment is made. You will have them in your hands in 48-72 hours (Spain) or 4-6 days (Europe), depending on the situation in which the European transport is. The package can be tracked using the delivery locator provided.

When you place your order, please check your shipping information. If there is an error and the delivery cannot be made, you will have to pay the costs of the new delivery. If the delivery cannot be made at home and the order remains in the office for 15 days, the package returns to our physical store and you will have to pay for a new delivery.
